Our steam-distilled Cedrus Libani essential oil is accepted by one of the best perfumeries in America. For the distillation of this precious oil, we have the necessary equipment and technology.
We are restoring the world’s oldest ship replica that has crossed two oceans. We have the largest collection of Cedar of Lebanon logs in America.
The milling of 20,000 kg of Cedrus Libani logs will produce about 2,500 kg of sawdust. We should be able to distill hundreds of thousands of milliliters of essential oils from that sawdust. It is possible that the retail price of this oil in high-end perfumes could exceed one million dollars.
Fragrances are and were large and important markets in the modern and ancient worlds. We hope to join forces with perfume makers to provide customers around the world with the aromas of the Biblically famous Cedar of Lebanon.
American high end markets are paying attention to us. With perfumes that connect to Phoenician culture and ancient history, we aim to make a million customers happy. The perfume production requires feed material. We have a good starting point.

LABORATORY TESTS
Laboratory tests confirm that we are producing Cedrus Libani / Cedar of Lebanon essential oils that are comparable to those produced by the Phoenicians 2,600 years ago.
We have designed our own equipment as we follow the ancient methods for the steam distillation of the cedar sawdust.
We are sure that if the representatives of the Pharaoh were to come to our processing facility they would be more than happy to do business with us as they prepare their king’s body for mummification.
Spice and fragrance traders from ancient times would have been happy to deal with us in their search for sources of the cedar oil.

Last week Mike and Betty Red Ant LaFontaine from Heartland Research met Dr. Prabodh Satyal at the Head Office of the Aromatic Plant Research Center in Lehi, Utah. They discussed with Dr. Satyal the first results for the steam distillation of essential oil from the Heartland Research Cedar of Lebanon logs from Tyler Arboretum.
Dr. Satyal is recognized as one of the world’s foremost scientists in the testing of aromatic plant materials. He has tested over 10,000 plants.
Interpretation of Test Results
We understand that high-end perfume makers are particularly interested in the content of the organic compounds under the name of himachalene. The attached report shows these compounds on three rows.
We note that the himachalene compounds are in astonishing proportions, and that they are the rare ingredients that convey the aromatic, healing and even magical capabilities of Cedrus Libani / Cedar of Lebanon.
The laboratory test results confirm that the himchalenes compounds by Area % are as follows.

The Heartland Research Group is a grassroots, boots-on-the-ground organization that believes that the historical
narrative of the Book of Mormon took place in the Heartland of North America. The HRG is active in archaeological
research and in the acquisition, restoration and display of ancient American artifacts. The HRG is currently
preparing an ancient ship replica called the "Phoenicia" for display. The ships construction design is patterned
after a shipwreck dating to 600 BC. The Phoenicia ship made modern voyages, first around Africa and then also from
the Middle East to Florida in 2019 – proving that voyages around Africa or from Sidon to North America were
feasible anciently.
Heartland Research Inc is a 501c3 private operating foundation for archaeological research and to complete preparations for the Phoenicia display. Current plans are for a museum large enough to house the Phoenicia
ship and many other ancient artifacts and exhibits from North America. The location of the museum is planned to be
in Zarahemla which is Lee County Iowa, near the Mississippi river and east of Nauvoo, Illinois.
